Ingenuity Trio 3-in-1 High Chair - Whimsical Wonders REVIEW!

My big boy just had his 4 month checkup, he grew 3" and 5lbs in 2 months. Coming in at 27" tall and 18.11lbs, he tops the charts at the 98th percentile across the board. First of all, I can't believe J is 4 months old but he doesn't even look like a tiny baby anymore. He's the size of a 6-8 month old! Obviously we have started feeding him baby food in order to keep up with this hungry boys appetite. Although, for a big guy his appetite isn't as large as I would expect. So far he will only agree to eat baby oatmeal cereal mixed with formula. His taste in food mimics his old man personality. Nothing with too much flavor, let's keep it bland, nothing wrong with my oatmeal Mom! Stop trying to force me to eat mashed up bananas.

With M we used a space saver high chair which just attaches to one of your kitchen chairs as opposed to having legs of it's own. It was perfect for us because our kitchen is rather small which is a pain in the booty for someone who spends probably 60% of their time in there. It did become a bit inconvenient when we would have people over for dinner because M's seat took up one of our kitchen chairs so we would always have to grab chairs from other parts of the house. When we had J I considered getting a normal high chair to go along with our space saver and we could just switch them out when we had dinner guests. Someone must be listening to my crazy internal conversations with myself because I was recently asked to review the Ingenuity Trio 3-in-1 High Chair from the Whimsical Wonders Collection.

Guys, this highchair is an indecisive momma's best friend. If you are like me and can't decided which high chair would work better for you, a normal or a space saver, this is your answer. It is both! With a 3rd option to sweeten the deal, it turns into a restaurant style seat too. You know, the ones they push up to the table when you're out to eat? Yeah, so that's 3 high chairs in 1. So, instead of buying 2 like I was about to do, you just buy 1 and you get 3. Not to mention, you can use the space saver and the restaurant seat at the same time for 2 different kids. I know, it just keeps getting better. 

I let the husband put it together and he said it was pretty easy to assemble. The pattern is adorable but not too cutesy like a cartoon character print. It's a subtle print that can work for either a boy or a girl.

Ah! Look at that hunk. Best model ever! The back is so easy to adjust, I can take J from a reclining position for his bottle to a sitting position for his oatmeal in no time using the handle on the back:

The one thing I don't like is that the tray is very difficult to remove. You can not do it with one hand. You have to push on the little buttons underneath and sort of jiggle it to get it to come off. 

The rest of the chair is very easy to disassemble in order to use the space saver seat and restaurant style high chair. 

It is also very easy to clean which is important when you have messy little ones in the house. The cover comes off and can be thrown in the washer. The tray can go into the dishwasher and everything else is very easy to wipe down with a sponge. All in all, I think this is a pretty great high chair.
